Ready to commit to personal training? Our 50 session package offers clients long-term success in the gym, with continuous aid in their training and nutrition goals. This means consistent workouts with a push from your trainer every single time. All of your workouts are tracked by your trainer with the goal of creating effective progressive overload, continuous success and improvements in the gym. Take the guess "work" out of your workouts and let us handle it. You will learn everything you need to learn in the gym to train safely while reaching your goals. Our trainers are always learning and that means you are too! 50 sessions lasts most clients up to 6 months of training (2x per week)

Nutrition
Macro-nutrient plan based on individual physique and performance goals. Plans are individualized to each clients current weight, gender, activity level specific to their goals.
Time
All sessions are 1 hour in length
Training Program
Individualized training program based on your training commitment in the studio. Programming changes every 4-8 weeks. Additional programming available (See additional services)
Assessment
A full assessment is required to begin training. This includes measurements, weigh in/body composition reading, mobility and flexibility assessment, normative strength tests. Regular weigh-ins on packages.
1 Year Expiration
All sessions expire within 1 year of purchase.
